Rustic buildings with no known owner
The process of recognizing the status of rustic buildings with no known owner that are not being used for agricultural, forestry or silvopastoral purposes is already regulated.
THE Law No. 152/2015, of September 14, establishes the process for recognizing the status of rustic and mixed buildings without a known owner that are not being used for agricultural, forestry or silvopastoral purposes and their registration. These buildings are now available in National Land Exchange.
