Environmental Responsibility Project extended to include actions to recover areas burned by the fire

2BForest coordinates a project to support actions to recover burned areas through planting and managing forest areas, with native species.

This project is part of an international environmental responsibility program and has the support of FSC ® Portugal, already initiated in the burnt areas of Monchique, supporting a plantation area of 12,000 plants, with a target of 90,000 plants.

Now the project is being extended to areas burned in the 2017 Leiria fire, with international investors supporting the recovery and management of burned areas, using native plants.

Because we believe that “Together we make More and Better Forests” and in the “Principle of Continuous Improvement” associated with forest certification!
