National Day of Prevention and Safety at Work: Together for a safe forest
2BForest notes the National Day of Prevention and Safety at Work, April 28th, with the dissemination of the work we did with forest agents during the month of April. Training and awareness activities on the importance of using Personal Protective Equipment and implementing safety procedures, so that at the end of each workday: "Everything is fine!"
These training courses were developed within the scope of the campaign “More Safety, More Forest, More Certification”, in collaboration with The Navigator Company, which carried out, throughout the month of April, 6 training actions, from North to South of the country, on Good Forestry Practices, Forestry Legislation and Occupational Safety Rules.
From Arouca to Odemira and Monchique, via Tondela and Pegões, around 50 owners and employees of companies belonging to 2BForest certification groups participated in these training sessions.
