2BForest at the FSC Portugal “Connect to the Forest” event, 12/7/2022
On December 7th, FSC Portugal will present the project “Connect to the forest”, to highlight the importance of conserving and promoting Ecosystem Services.
The project that is now presented is called “Connect to the forest” and its main objective is to integrate and disseminate the concept of responsible forest management, and its role in the conservation and promotion of natural heritage, biodiversity and Ecosystem Services as a whole, as well as the role that society can play in the protection and promotion of these Services.
2BForest will present its ecosystem services pilot project in Arouca, as well as the ES_SPONSOR Initiative, through which companies can join and contribute to a living Portuguese Forest with a future!
In this session, we will share the sponsors who have supported these areas to date, as well as the benefits and communication opportunities these entities have taken advantage of for their internal sustainability policy and compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals.
