April 13, 2023: Good morning from the forest! Training: How to make a harvest manifest at Sicorte (Arouca)
In this International Day of Forests, 2BFOREST in partnership with the Associação Florestal Entre Douro e Vouga, is promoting the training action aimed at timber purchasing and marketing companies, on how to make the cutting manifest in Sicorte, ICNF's Rubus platform.

Decree Law No. 31/2020, of June 30, establishes the mandatory prior declaration of felling, extraordinary felling, thinning or uprooting of trees of forest species, which are intended for commercialization and self-consumption for industrial processing, and the communication of operations carried out throughout the supply chain that guarantee the traceability of wood material intended for the first processing industry and export.
This declaration is made through the tree cutting manifest (which since October 1, 2022 has been carried out on the Rubus platform.
The cutting manifest must be obtained before starting cutting activities, it is required during cutting, during transportation and required by customers when delivering wood to the factory.
