2BForest: We are recruiting a Responsible for Ecosystem Services Certification and Voluntary Carbon Market

A forestry sector consulting company is recruiting to support the technical staff of the 2BForest Forest Certification Area, specifically in the area of Ecosystem Services Certification of the “2B_Forest_Group” Forest Certification group and the promotion of the Voluntary Carbon Market, supporting technical managers in various tasks and promoting the various ongoing projects.

• Pre-Bologna Bachelor's degree or post-Bologna Master's degree in Forestry, Agricultural or Biological Sciences;

• Experience in IT from a user perspective, namely in QGIS and Excel;

• Experience in planning, agroforestry management techniques and species and habitats, with preferential experience in forest certification;

• Work location: preferably in Lisbon, however it may be in other 2BForest offices nationwide;

• Ability to work in a team and lead;

• Sense of responsibility and autonomy;

• Driving license and availability to travel.

• Responsible for implementing and monitoring the certification of ecosystem services and the voluntary carbon market;

• Responsible for communicating and disseminating the certification of ecosystem services and the voluntary carbon market;

• Support in coordinating the forest certification group at national level;

• National coordination of ecosystem services projects, voluntary carbon market and biodiversity projects.
