THE 2BFOREST opens the next day March 12, 2025 your new office in Odemira, Sabóia Milling – Business Incubator, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable forest management and certification.

This new space will allow continued close monitoring of landowners and businesses, promoting best practices in responsible ecosystem management. The inauguration will feature a diverse program, including technical visits and an information session on ecosystem services and the voluntary carbon market.

Event Program

🔹 10:00 am – Visit to the forest area – Participants will have the opportunity to visit a forest area with native plantation, supported by a Corporate Environmental Responsibility mechanism. The visit takes place within the scope of the project Best Forest, highlighting good forestry practices.📍 Meeting point: 37°31'24″N 8°28'21″W

🔹 2:30 p.m. – Information Session – At Moagem de Sabóia – Business Incubator, a session will be held on Ecosystem Services and the Voluntary Carbon Market, essential themes for the valorization of the forest and the mitigation of climate change.

🔹 5:00 pm – Official Opening – The event will culminate with the official opening of the new 2BForest office, a space that aims to strengthen connections with the local community and support sector agents in implementing more sustainable practices.
