2BForest participates in the FSC Meetings in Faro, Algarve

On May 28th, 2BForest will participate in the third edition of FSC Meetings, in Faro, Algarve, with the communication shared with Member José Paulo Nunes: “Ecosystem Services: Valuing to Protect, Practical Case of Monte da Lameira – alferce, Monchique”

Of May 27-29, the Faculty of Science and Technology of University of Algarve (UAlg), in Faro, will be the stage for the FSC Meetings, which aims to reinforce the FSC's mission in promoting sustainable forest management and the responsible use of natural resources in the south of our country, for which 3 days of activities will be held focusing on the impacts and benefits of forest certification:

• Day 27 of May | session on Responsible Forest Management and Ecosystem Services
• Day May 28th | Seminar “FSC Certification: enhancing ecosystem products and services based on responsible forest management” and EUDR Session “Wood you find it?”
• Day May 29th | Field visit to an FSC certified area in Monchique

Participation is free, but prior registration is required.
