2BForest presents its activity at the assembly of the European project THRIVE – Interreg Sudoe

2BForest participated in the second day of the first assembly of the THRIVE project (November 25), within the scope of the Interreg Sudoe program, which took place in Portugal, at the facilities of SERQ – Forest Innovation and Competence Center, in Sertã.

This meeting brought together the Portuguese partner organizations of the project, promoting the sharing of experiences, the alignment of objectives, and the strengthening of cooperation between entities involved in promoting the sustainability and resilience of forest territories in southwestern Europe.

During the event, 2BForest gave a presentation about its activities, highlighting the work developed in close collaboration with forest owners, companies and local communities in the areas of forest certification, technical consulting and the development of tailor-made solutions that promote efficient, responsible and sustainable forest management.

The intervention provided an opportunity to showcase 2BForest's mission, which focuses on enhancing the value of Portuguese forests and implementing management models that ensure their economic, environmental, and social sustainability, contributing to the preservation of forest resources for future generations.

Participation in these types of initiatives reinforces 2BForest's commitment to international cooperation, innovation, and knowledge sharing, which are fundamental elements for addressing the current challenges of forest management and promoting more resilient territories.
