Workshop: Solutions and Best Practices for a Sustainable Forest in Cernache do Bonjardim
Sustainable forest management is now considered one of the main challenges facing the sector, but also a strategic opportunity for the future of the region. In this context, 2BForest held a workshop on December 17, 2025, in Cernache de Bonjardim, dedicated to practical solutions, investment, and innovation in the forestry sector.
The initiative aimed to inform forest owners, technicians, and organizations about support opportunities and tools available for modernizing and enhancing forest value, promoting more efficient, resilient, and sustainable management.
One of the central themes of the workshop was Notice C.3.1.1 – Productive Investment in the Bioeconomy, focusing on the modernization of the forestry sector. During the session, essential aspects were addressed, such as eligible entities, forms and limits of support, as well as eligible expenses and application deadlines.
2BForest also presented its technical expertise in the forestry sector, highlighting key areas such as forest certification, the Clean & Fertilize Program, forest restoration projects, and the enhancement of ecosystem services, reinforcing the importance of integrated solutions adapted to the reality of the territory.
The workshop took place in the Auditorium of the Parish Council of Cernache de Bonjardim, with free admission, and provided a space for sharing knowledge and fostering closer ties with the local community.
