Valuing Security
Since 2018, we've carried out several training and awareness-raising initiatives, impacting hundreds of workers and businesses. The project promotes certification, recognizing family businesses in forestry and highlighting their importance to the rural economy.
Through public events and the awarding of certificates, we seek to increase the visibility and credibility of the forestry sector, placing it at the center of the public agenda and reinforcing safety and sustainability.

Training that transforms
Training and capacity building are key words for "+ Forest, + Safety, + Certification." In collaboration with entities such as the FSC and ACT, 2BForest promoted training initiatives to raise awareness and educate forestry workers and owners on good safety practices. These initiatives, which cover everything from forestry legislation to occupational safety rules, are essential to ensuring a safer forest, where the protection and well-being of workers are paramount. Education is the foundation of a more sustainable forestry sector, prepared for the challenges of the future.

Protect to care
Forestry safety depends on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Since 2017, 2BForest has distributed more than 2,000 reflective vests to certified forest workers and owners, ensuring their protection during forestry operations. Proper use of PPE is essential to prevent accidents and save lives, which is why this project aims to raise awareness in the sector about the importance of investing in worker safety. Providing PPE and ongoing training are essential to ensuring the safety and success of forestry operations.
