FORADVISE is a European Union-funded project, running from 2025 to 2029, dedicated to strengthening European forest advisory networks and improving knowledge exchange in the forestry sector.
Transforming the future
of European forests
This project promotes collaboration between more than 15 countries, involving key European actors in forestry consultancy, and contributes to guiding policies and supporting stakeholders in sustainable forest management across Europe.
The main objectives of FORADVISE are to accelerate knowledge flows, develop the skills of forestry consultants beyond traditional areas and chart a path towards a future Forestry Knowledge and Innovation System (FOKIS) in Europe.
By integrating forestry advisors into Member States' AKISs and facilitating knowledge flows, this project directly contributes to the modernization of advisory services and the advancement of national and EU policy goals.
FORADVISE promotes resilient and multifunctional forests, involving key stakeholders and ensuring long-term impact through a self-sustaining European network.
